The present legal warning regulates the conditions of use of the Internet portal influencesuite.com (hereinafter, the Portal) that InfluenceSuite SL (hereinafter, InfluenceSuite) makes available to Internet users (hereinafter, the Users). In general, the Users will be able to access www.influencesuite.com freely and free of charge. Certain services of the Portal are exclusive to our clients and their access is restricted to them.
By the mere use of the Portal, the User expresses full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions, which may be modified by InfluenceSuite at any time. Consequently, the User must read these General Conditions carefully each time he/she intends to use the Portal.
Internet Users who wish to introduce links from their own websites to the InfluenceSuite Portal must comply with the conditions detailed below, without their ignorance avoiding the responsibilities derived from the Law:
- The link will only link to the home page of the Portal, but may not link to a copy of the Portal or any part of it, nor may it cause confusion to other potential users as to the origin and ownership of each of the web pages.
- It is prohibited in any case to establish frames or other technological elements that surround the Portal or allow the visualisation of the contents of the Portal through Internet addresses other than those of the Portal and, in any case, when they are visualised jointly with contents outside the Portal.
- No false, inaccurate or incorrect statements about InfluenceSuite shall be made from the page that introduces the link, nor shall it contain information or illegal, contrary to the law, morality or generally accepted good customs and public order or the rights of third parties.
- The use of any distinctive sign of InfluenceSuite within the referring page is prohibited except in cases permitted by law or expressly authorised by InfluenceSuite and provided that, in these cases, a direct link to the Portal is permitted in the manner established in this clause.

All the contents of the Portal, understood as texts, graphics, photographs, images, code, etc. are the intellectual property of InfluenceSuite or third parties. Access by the User to the contents and services of the Portal does not imply, in any case, any kind of waiver, transmission or total or partial transfer of the aforementioned rights, nor does it confer any right of use, alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of the contents or distinctive signs subject to intellectual or industrial property, without the prior and express authorisation specifically granted for this purpose by InfluenceSuite or the third party holder of the rights. The user shall only have the right to view and make copies of the Content solely for his or her exclusive and personal use, and must exercise these rights in accordance with the applicable legislation and the principle of good faith.
Access to the Portal does not imply any obligation on the part of InfluenceSuite to verify the truthfulness, accuracy and timeliness of the information provided through the Portal. Access to the Portal does not imply the obligation on the part of InfluenceSuite to control the absence of viruses or other harmful computer elements, it being the responsibility of the Users to use adequate tools for the detection and elimination of the same.
The Portal includes technical linking devices that allow Users to access other websites external to InfluenceSuite. In these cases, InfluenceSuite acts as a provider of intermediary services in accordance with article 17 of Law 32/2002, of 12 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) and will only be responsible for the content and services provided on the linked sites when it is aware of the unlawfulness and has not deactivated the corresponding link with due diligence.
This Legal Notice is governed by the provisions of Spanish law. For all litigious matters related to influencesuite.com, Spanish law shall apply, and the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain) shall be competent for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to the use of this Portal.
The data received through our emails will be incorporated into an automated personal data file for which InfluenceSuite is responsible. This entity will treat the data confidentially and exclusively for the purpose of managing the relationship with its clients and promoting the activities of the Agency. Likewise, InfluenceSuite will cancel, delete and/or block the data when they are inaccurate, incomplete or no longer necessary or relevant for their purpose, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on data protection.
By sending us an e-mail, the User expressly consents that his/her data may be used to send commercial communications by e-mail or by any other means. However, the User may oppose the sending of such communications if he/she informs us in the e-mail itself. Likewise, in each of the commercial communications sent, the procedure for opposing the sending of new commercial communications will be expressly indicated.
The User may revoke the consent given and exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to the address indicated in clause 1.
InfluenceSuite adopts the levels of security required by the Regulation of Security Measures approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approves the Regulation of development of the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data. Notwithstanding the above, technical security in a medium such as the Internet is not impregnable and there may be leaks due to the malicious actions of third parties.
InfluenceSuite may use cookies during the provision of the Portal service. Cookies are automatic procedures for collecting information relating to the preferences determined by a user during his or her visit to a given website. This information is recorded in small files that are imperceptibly stored on the user's computer equipment. Each time the user accesses the website in question again, these files are automatically activated so that the website is configured with the preferences indicated during previous visits. In short, cookies are physical files containing personal information stored in the user's own terminal and unequivocally associated with this terminal. Cookies cannot read cookie files created by other providers.
The User has the possibility of configuring their browser in such a way as to prevent the creation of cookie files or to be warned when this occurs. The Portal is accessible without the need for the options relating to cookie files to be activated, although they may prevent the correct functioning of security mechanisms for exclusive services or certain services that require greater security. As a general rule, the purpose of the Portal's cookie files is to facilitate the User's browsing.
